The name is literal. Harbor, because we sit on one of the world’s busiest container coasts. Line, because buyers do not buy a single wrench — they buy a line that can be packed, branded, and ordered again.

We do not try to be every tool in the aisle. The catalog stays on three families so finish, hardness, and packing stay consistent from sample to container. If you already import hand tools into the United States, Canada, or the EU, you can work with us as a factory source rather than a trading desk that changes suppliers between POs.

OEM is a normal path, not a side note. Sleeve, hang card, laser mark, grip color, and dual-scale windows are specified with the order. Wholesale buyers can mix SKUs in the same shipment when the packing list is agreed in advance.
